Fracture Dislocation of Shoulder regains normal movements

30 Year Male was having fracture dislocation of Shoulder after road traffic accident.

He had fracture dislocation of Shoulder Joint. His dislocation joint was reduced immediately under anaesthesia . It is very important to look for separate fragment which will be away from the bone.

To location this piece of bone 3D CT scan id done . In this scan two pieces of bone were seen which were away from the main bone.

In surgery , these pieces were placed at original place with screw and plate.

Patient regained full range of movement after 6 month .
