Femur Fracture at Two Ends ...
Forty Year Male admitted with Road Traffic accident with Injury to his thigh. On clinical examination he had no distal neurovascular injury.
On X ray examination, his both ends of femur bone were fractured.
It is a rare and challenging Injury.
He was operated with two surgeries on same day.
Two different implants were used.
He gained near normal movements after Surgery.
